Refund policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please email us to start a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.
We do not charge a restocking fee, but at this time you must pay for return shipping.
Damages and issues
If you received a damaged or defective item, please take photos and let us know right away so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products containing sulfur, most haunted items, items with intergenerational curses, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges & Replacements
The fastest way to do an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
In some limited circumstances we may be able to replace a single horn from a pair that has been damaged, but this is not guaranteed. Please note that in these instances we will still need you to mail us back the damaged horn and pay for the replacement.
Refunds
After we receive the item back, if your refund is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
